Who We Are
After a 20 year career working for Wolfgang Puck as a sommelier at Spago Beverly Hills and then some of the largest wine companies in the world, our founder Tom was laid off like many during the Covid-19 pandemic.
With no jobs available, he decided now was the time to turn his lifelong passion for coffee into his new career. Over the course of 8 months, Tom not only built our flagship Doppio Express coffee truck by hand, but created our signature menu, drawing upon his travels across the world to create the best coffee he could.
Now in our 5th year of business, Doppio Express has grown from serving drinks at small markets to working with accounts such as Allegiant Stadium, The Summit Club, T-Mobile Arena, the Sphere, Cirque De Soleil, and many other businesses and schools in Las Vegas!
